The hotel we stayed at in the mountains had a great view of the stunning nature around us. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were very friendly. We especially enjoyed the food, which had a variety of cuisines to choose from. Another highlight was the spa, which had a swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi.

The hotel can get crowded at times, especially when large groups are present. The indoor swimming pool was too small and congested when we visited.

The room's heating system struggled to keep up with the freezing temperatures outside, making it a bit uncomfortable at times. the bed pillows were too soft for our liking, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

We were delighted to find the ski gondola nearby, and the hotel provided a free ski locker. The food was varied and delicious, with options for everyone.
